dia de padre

i'm a little new at this blogging thing so please bear with me as i learn the ropes.  i work as a photographer in the delaware area and decided that often times in the face of all the commissioned work that i do i lose sight of the little things that made me fall for photography in the first place......the important things.  so this blog will serve as a creative outlet for me in the following years.  i will try to post 1-3 times a week but who knows how well that will go.

today was father's day and to celebrate my family headed south to rehobeth beach, de.  we had an early dinner at dogfish brewpub.  it was insanely delicious.  here are some snapshots from the day.

meet my mother.  she is one of the strongest women i have ever had the pleasure of knowing, let alone call family.  she loves dogs, reading, gardening in the sun, and horses.  she has shaped my life more than most and i have absolutely no problem with that.

meet my father.  he is an interesting character to say the least.  we have our disagreements but, all parents and children do.  he loves to read, like my mother, but he prefers to be outside flying rc airplanes or riding his motorcycle across delaware, pennsylvania, and maryland.
